Hill Dickinson Stadium
Everton’s brand new riverfront home, opened in 2025, brings Euro 2028 to one of the most striking new stadium settings in English football.
The Hill Dickinson Stadium opened in 2025 at Bramley-Moore Dock on Liverpool’s waterfront – the first new top-flight ground in England since Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in 2019. It ends Everton’s 132-year stay at Goodison Park and gives the club a state-of-the-art home on a historically significant site in the city’s docklands.
The stadium’s design reflects its waterfront setting, with a sweeping roof and views across the Mersey. With a capacity of 52,888, it becomes one of the largest football-specific stadiums in England on opening.
For Euro 2028, the Hill Dickinson Stadium hosts four matches: three group stage fixtures and a Round of 16 tie. As one of the newest venues at the tournament, it offers visiting fans a genuinely fresh experience – a stadium most supporters across Europe will never have visited before.
