London
Home to two Euro 2028 venues, Wembley and Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, both reachable by Underground. No shortage of places to base yourself, at every price point.
Cardiff
Wales’ compact capital hosts the tournament opener at the Principality Stadium, right in the city centre and a short walk from Cardiff Central.
Manchester
A football city through and through. The Etihad Stadium is a short tram ride from a centre packed with bars, restaurants, and two Premier League rivalries.
Liverpool
Everton’s new riverfront stadium puts Liverpool back on the European football map, backed by a famous music and football heritage to match.
Newcastle
One of the most compact matchday cities on the list. St James’ Park sits right in the centre, a few minutes’ walk from the station and the nightlife.
Birmingham
England’s second city is well placed for a multi-city trip, with fast rail links and Villa Park just a short journey from the centre.
Glasgow
Scotland’s biggest city and the heart of Scottish football, hosting every Scotland group game at the historic Hampden Park.
Dublin
The only host city outside Great Britain, and the Republic of Ireland’s home if they qualify – a compact, walkable city built for a tournament atmosphere.
*Airport listed is the nearest major airport with international connections – several cities, particularly London, are served by more than one.
